Guest House Apartments:
Daily rates for 2 people:
The Loft: $120.00 per night plus tax.
The Cabin: $110.00 per night plus tax.
For stays of 5 days or a week:
The Loft: $110 per night plus tax.
The Cabin: $100 per night plus tax.
The rates include your accommodations, including private bath kitchen, and a full breakfast for two, served to your suite. Additional persons are $10.00 more per night, per person.
Payment will be by cash or check. No credit card payments are accepted at this time.
A deposit of $25 per night or $100 for a five day or weeks stay is required to secure your reservation. Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation ten days or more before your reserved dates. If you do not cancel your reservation in that time, we can retain your deposit for reason of lost business.
POLICIES:
Check in after 3:00 p.m. or as previously arranged.
Check out by noon.
No pets.
Smoking, in designated areas outside the apartments only.
Parking available on the premises.
Please advise host of the number of people who will be staying when you make your Reservation.
